From Page to Plate and Before Farm to Table
From Page to Plate was a pop-up exhibition highlighting the role of women in early modern recipes but was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The concept design from From Page to Plate was utilized for the Before Farm to Table website graphics. Before Farm to Table invites users to explore the Folger’s collection and research on early modern recipes, foodways, and culture.
